Magnesium plate has a small specific gravity, lightweight, fast heat conduction, heat transfer, and heat dissipation, high surface hardness, easy demoulding; and the etching magnesium plate is hardly deformed during the bronzing process, and the printing resistance is very high; the etching speed of the etched magnesium plate is very high. Fast, neat slope, good continuity, smooth edges.
The hot stamping speed of magnesium plates is much faster than that of copper and zinc plates, and the printing durability is 20% higher than that of copper plates, which can effectively increase the processing speed and save labor costs. It has been widely used in the deep embossing and bronzing of thick paper such as packaging.
